Delivery

1. Is delivery FREE?

Yes, standard delivery is FREE for all purchases in France and Europe! 

(You have the option to choose secure delivery if you wish to insure your package)

  

2. When will I receive my package? 

We ship your package within 3 to 5 business days.

The standard delivery time is 10 to 30 business days from the SHIPPING date of your item, and not necessarily from the date the order was placed. Depending on demand and your location, delivery times may vary.

In summary, expect between 13 and 35 days in total from the day you place your order to the receipt of it.

⚠️ There are three periods in the year when delivery times may be extended:

- During the Black Friday and Christmas period 

- During the winter sales period (January and/or February)

- During the month of August

  

3. Amendments and cancellation

If you need to make changes to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

 

4. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We ship each item with the utmost care, however, items can sometimes be damaged during transport.
If this happens to you, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
