    What is spiritual strength?

Just like building physical strength when you work out, building spiritual strength is similar but on the inside. Building your "spiritual strength" activates your mind and your connection to the divine from within, giving you the power you need to live a life of purpose and fulfillment. Even if you are already living a fulfilling life, your spiritual exercises will make life even sweeter. Just like the feeling after a physical workout, spiritual exercise allows your energy to flow more freely, and feelings of love and positivity will fill your being. Negative thoughts will be forgotten and negative experiences will diminish.

When you give and receive positive energy through these exercises, you immediately feel happier. Here are 7 simple spiritual exercises you can try right now.

    7 EXERCISES FOR SPIRITUAL STRENGTH

    1. SPEND MORE TIME WITH LOVING AND SUPPORTIVE FAMILY / FRIENDS.

Think for a moment about your relationships, does it give a picture you would like to improve?

Some of your best moments in life may be with family, but others may not be as memorable. Don't hold on to negative memories - they are too heavy to carry. Let them go and know they will be taken care of for you. You are meant to be happy and enjoy life, especially happy moments with those you are close to. When you focus on being spiritually centered, you are always divinely protected. Some negative thoughts may arise and try to bring you down, but you can trust your spiritual strength, letting it speak for you - a bit like a bodyguard!

Give this moment with your family or your friends the attention and love it deserves. When your heart opens to your loved ones in this way, new patterns and thoughts develop within you. From these new thoughts, you can lay the foundation for healthier relationships.

Take action to show those important to you how much you appreciate them. It can be as simple as a phone call or an email to warm someone's heart. It could even change their whole life.

    2. GO OUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Going outside is vital to develop your spiritual strength. An increased connection to nature and the Earth aligns you with true living energy. It connects you directly to the divine, allowing positive energy to channel to you and through you. Enjoy the sun and let it shine on your face (your pineal gland is actually sensitive to light) You can do this more by getting into the habit of eating outside or even taking a walk to watch the sunrise or sunset.

By spending more time outside, be aware of the images and sounds of nature.  Feel the energy the wind blowing in front of you and make sure to feel your environment. You were meant to be happy through your senses, and nature can do that in many ways.

    3. REDUCE DISTRACTIONS (TV, RADIO, INTERNET, NEWSPAPERS)

Media can fill your mind with thousands of ads, episodes, and events that are far from vital to living your best life. When you reduce the intake of participation in these activities, there are far fewer manufactured stimuli and your brain has a chance to be quiet. These moments of silence give you the opportunity to strengthen your spiritual connection and your surroundings.

And if you are not ready to give up these things or reduce your consumption (we understand), just try to focus on what you want to see (like the power of positivity), rather than on what you don't want.

    4. OBSERVE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU.

It is very important to send positive energy to others and to be open to receiving it yourself. There is no place in this life to judge others, as you can be judged by others for your own actions. Focusing on pain, gossip, fear, or sadness serves no one.

The energy you send to others can help them overcome their challenge or stumble and fall. Be kind to everyone. See the good (and the God) in them and help try to amplify that voice to lead them to their best life. You may have no idea what kind of battle they are currently fighting - the energy you send them is very important.

    5. STEP OUT WITH FAITH

Be confident to stay strong in the face of adversity. Know that the Divine is there for you and a greater breakthrough awaits you beyond your challenges. There may be forces investing to prevent you from receiving your best life, but when you decide to stand up or speak out, knowing your faith is greater than your fear, the illusion of fear trying to hold you back will diminish and eventually disappear.

You become stronger and wiser when you step out with faith. The lessons brought by all the people and situations we come into contact with are our teachers AND our exams - seize this chance to get an A+!

    6. BE OF SERVICE TO OTHERS

History shows that the most spiritually strong, peaceful, and loving people focused on serving others. Jesus, Buddha, Mother Teresa, Gandhi… the list is long. There is a true power and peace in service for itself. Take the time to help someone in need or share a contact with them who can. You don't need to be special to be the turning point in someone's life - every person you meet is brought to you for a specific reason. Serve the situation and your spiritual strength will surely grow.

    7. MAKE PRAYER / MEDITATION A HABIT.

L'observance regular Invisible helpers and guides, angels or the person you call upon and who surrounds you, will cause a change within you. An excellent exercise for spiritual strength is to p pray or meditate (as you prefer) at least twice a day.

Prayer or meditation usually has a formal beginning like “Beloved God,” or “Dear Heavenly Father,” or “Oh great healing spirit.” Other faiths have specific rituals, like the Muslim religion reciting the “opening” in a specific posture. This can be practiced in different ways and positions, but all of it will eventually help you develop your spiritual strength and lead you to your best life. While you pray/meditate, sit quietly and let the divine enter you to strengthen and illuminate your mind. Keep your requests in positive time, focusing on healing rather than illness or disease, abundance instead of scarcity, etc. If you recognize thenegative energy, you claim ownership of it and allow it to remain in your life. Flood it with positivity!

MAKE SPIRITUAL EXERCISE A DAILY PRIORITY

Also be sure to set aside specific times for this spiritual exercise and do your best to stick to this schedule. This discipline shows the divine that you are ready to show up for life. You can practice prayer and meditation at any time; however, you can connect with the divine whenever you want, simply by verbally or mentally reminding yourself that you are always one. Over time, you will see many positive results from this spiritual strength exercise.

Develop a routine from these exercises and stay consistent in your goal to develop your spiritual strength. By practicing, you will see your life improve before your eyes and you will also see that there is much more strength in you than you could have ever imagined. Spiritual strength creates beautiful life experiences that cannot be explained in physical terms, gives you confidence, and allows you to know that you are moving in the right direction in life.
