Why Have Faith in God?

Contrary to some proven facts like the shape of the earth, the science behind the rain, the explanation of gravity and the reason we have day and night, the existence of God as described in the Bible does has not been scientifically proven. This lack of scientific evidence has cast doubt on humanity, and people across the universe are asking the same questions: What are the reasons for believing in God?

As vast as the scientific research is, none have shown how the universe was born, why everything in the universe is in such a beautiful order and it shows that science is lacking.

The insufficiency of science shows that there is something and someone who is greater than science; God and He alone is able to create this complex and well-ordered universe.

God not only created the universe and all that lives (including you and me); he created it for a reason.

This reason, as the bible has shown, is the best reason to achieve the expected beautiful things and it is one of the fundamental reasons why you should have faith in God.

You can always trust Him to have your best interests at heart.

There is a void in humans that only God can fill. This void creates a need and people are looking in all directions to meet it.

MEETING WITH GOD
Filling the void of God is very personal and it takes conviction to do so.

Faith in God gives you that personal encounter with God who fills the void and completes you.

With your faith in God, God is real to you, life doesn't feel empty and worthless to you, and you never feel alone.

THE PLAN OF SALVATION
Faith in God provides everything you need. Salvation through Jesus Christ can only be done by faith, for it is written that everyone who believes will be saved.

It takes faith to engender belief, and belief engenders salvation.

With salvation in Christ, you are assured:

Joy
Peace
Love
Healing
And layout
They are unlocked by faith, no matter how small, in God who will provide them if you only ask.

OVERCOMING BY FAITH
Faith in God makes it easier to overcome obstacles and difficult times. There isn't a time in life when there won't be hard times.

These difficult times make us more refined and help us achieve our goals. However, it's easy to tire, get frustrated, and give up in the face of these obstacles and that's where faith comes in.

GOD WITH YOU
Faith in God gives the assurance that you are never alone on the journey and that you have help always present.

The bible promises that God is always there to help us along the journey of life will be soothing if you have the faith to believe.

One of the benefits of being a believer is that you can work miracles, bring dead things to life, and do the unthinkable.

This power to heal the sick and to break chains has been released in us through redemption through Christ Jesus. However, it is faith in God within us that helps us maximize this great power.

Faith makes us believe that we can do anything (thanks to the strength that Jesus gives us) and makes us act according to what we believe.

"I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me".

Prayers are direct communication with God. The Bible makes us believe that if we ask anything in Jesus' name, we will receive, on one condition, if our faith can be as steadfast as a mustard seed.

To see God act in our lives and answer prayers, we must believe that he is listening to us and that he can do infinitely more than anything we could ask or think.

"To him who is able to do infinitely more than anything we ask or imagine, according to his power which is at work in us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations , for ever and ever! Amen ".

We can only please God with our faith in him, because we must have faith to believe that God is and more faith to give our heart to worship him.

Recognizing the goodness of God in small and medium measures increases the grace of expecting more from God and it expands faith.
